1.Standard：

ISO2531:1998(E), BSEN545-2002, GB13295-2003.

2.Tyron Type： T Type Push-on joint, K Type Mechanical joint, NII Type Mechanical joint, Flange joint.

3.Flange nominal pressure：PN10、PN16、PN25、PN40.

4.Main size

The size of fittings is DN40~2600including T Type、K Type、N2 Type、Flange joint.

5.1．Mechanical properties of Ductile iron：

5.2．Requirement of process properties

5.2.1. Hydrostatic test：test pressure and time:

5.2.2. Fittings for gas transportation should taken not only hydrostatic test ,but should taken Airtight test, the test pressure ≥4Pa,or at the concerned parties’ agreement.

6. Lining and Surface Coating

6.1 All fittings should be coating external and internalFittings for water transportation should be with cement mortar lining, Fittings for gas transportation should coated bitumen inside. External should coated rich zinc paint and bitumen paint

6.2 Cement mortar lining thickness and tolerance:

6.3 Fittings for gas transportation should coated bitumen internal, the standard in accordance with external bitumen coating.

6.4 External coating：Fittings external and socket internal should coated rich zinc paint and bitumen paint

6.5 Requirement of thickness：The average weight of zinc ≥150g/mthe local min thickness ≥130g/mThe average thickness of bitumen coating≥70m, part min ≥50m
